Here is what you can expect from me. My office is a cozy and warm space that invites you to take a deep breathe and relax. I show up as my genuine, funny, and sometimes awkward authentic self so that you feel safe doing the same.
We start with an Intake session (50-75 mins) to gather your history. It will feel a little like an interview as I gather your life history and take lots of notes. I know that talking about things in the past can bring up those emotions and feelings all over again, so it is always ok to say, "not today" or "I don't feel like talking about that right now." I understand that it takes time to feel comfortable and ready to share the many layers of our lives.
After that the intake, we settle into a rhythm of 50-55 minute sessions. Each session varies based on what you need that day. Some sessions we'll talk about your past to uncover patterns you want to change. Other times we will celebrate a win. No win is too small to celebrate with me. You might laugh, share tears, or just take a moment to process a hard week. We’ll navigate your journey side-by-side in session. We’ll explore your story with shared curiosity, collaborating to build a practical toolkit that empowers you to keep growing long after our session ends.
I do not accept insurance. However, I do accept HSA and FSA cards. This model allows me to focus my time and energy entirely on your care rather than on administrative billing.
Choosing private pay also ensures the highest level of privacy. Insurance companies require a formal diagnosis to cover services, which becomes a permanent part of your medical record and can occasionally impact future benefits like life or disability insurance. I believe your healing journey shouldn't be defined by a label. While I use diagnostic impressions to guide our treatment plan, I prioritize your growth over a diagnosis.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Absolutely. My office is an inclusive space where all bodies and identities are advocated for and celebrated. My background includes supporting individuals from over 20 countries in multiple languages. I have specialized in care for BIPOC, including refugees, asylees, and asylum seekers. I am comitted to continuous learning to better serve every community. I am honored to support you on your unique healing journey.
Yes. I offer therapy in 2 settings: my cozy office in downtown Indy and via telehealth for residents all over Indiana.
I don’t believe you are broken, so there is nothing to 'fix.' Instead, I believe we all carry a range of experiences and learned patterns that shape how we move through the world. While I can’t guarantee a specific outcome, I’m here to help you dive deep into your beliefs and emotions, set meaningful goals, and gain fresh insights into who you are. I’ll model what a healthy, supportive relationship looks like and serve as your biggest hype-woman as you do the brave work of healing yourself. And I can cheer you on as you “fix” you.

To protect your privacy and maintain clear boundaries, I do not follow clients back or use Direct Messages (DMs) for counseling or immigration services. Please be aware that your public engagement (likes or comments) could limit your confidentiality, so feel free to engage at your own discretion.
If you are a current client and see something on my social media that is confusing, concerning, or makes you 'feel some kind of way,' you are always welcome to bring that up in our next session.
